As a former teacher and building administrator, Mike Alpert believes current classroom teachers are the best candidates for training other teachers. Alpert founded Peer Driven PD in 2020 during the pandemic to help teachers connect–and learn from–one another remotely. The immediate response was immensely positive as teachers began sharing stories and opening up about real-world successes in-and-out of their classrooms.

As educators return to their buildings, the need for timely and convenient professional development is greater than ever. Alongside a small team of current and former educators, designers, and videographers, Peer Driven PD continues to scour the country for amazing teachers willing to share their stories and expertise. We currently have relationships with more than 30 school districts in over 15 states while also serving individual teachers nationwide. We’re growing fast, and we’re excited to connect with you!
